A case study from a corporate bbq event held in Sunderland

Hi Philip

We are looking for a BBQ for 2 shifts approx 300 people

The first break would be about 12.30pm and then our late shift normally have a break at 7pm but I
can confirm these times at a later date.

I would be grateful if you could let me have an approx cost for this before 3pm on Monday as we are hoping to have a follow up meeting to discuss the event.

Thank you for the quick reply, I think corporate menu 2 would be fine I didn't realise menus and prices where on the site...I will take this into the meeting and confirm on Monday or Tuesday.

That's no problem at all, this one is now booked in for you i've attached a copy of the invoice to this email and yes we do take card payments please just give me a ring when you have time.
We will be on site around 10.30am
