service, last year we catered for over 16,000 people at many locations across
the Northeast.

with that as well, we have years of experience dealing with marquee companies,
various different venues and entertainers.
We won't charge you any extra for our help and advise this is a free service
when placing a catering order with us.

We have a wide range of barbecue menus to choose from all of these can be
changed to suit your event, if you have a menu in mind let us know and we
will give you a price per head, we have a massive range of suppliers that
can provide any specialist dietary requests it's never a problem.
We are always updating our equipment and vehicles to maintain
a modern standard, all of our barbecues are made with stainless steal and
we only use charcoal to cook our food, we use charcoal rather than gas because
charcoal barbecues the food with it's thick smoke adding more flavor instead
of speed cooking with gas burners.
